Support for Scripts?

Our Integrity Host staff is trained in Server Administration, and we are not programmers or web developers (although we do have access to experts with these skill sets for $30 per hour). Questions asked in the helpdesk should pertain to your hosting account or email, or please feel free to ask us if a particular script will be allowed on your account. If your script is not working, we can provide limited troubleshooting only to isolate the problem to the script. Please do not expect us to troubleshoot your programming code or scripts. Customers are better served having dedicated programmers and developers troubleshoot this for them. If you require these services you can inquire about them by opening a ticket to the attention of Dan.
