Do you have any restricted file types?

We have the following restrictions on files:

We do not allow adult content on any of our plans.

If you want to serve/stream media files or you want a "download site", or you want to store large amounts of archive files, you have to have either a semi-dedicated (2-5 customers per server) plan, a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or a
a dedicated server. These files cannot be stored on shared hosting servers due to the extra high resource requirements they have. So we request you contact us before uploading any of these files so we can be sure your plan has the CPU/memory resources required for you to effectively serve your customers.

If prohibited files are uploaded to shared servers, the account may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice. Please contact us if you need clarification about your specific content.
